How do I join?
Joining is easy.You can:
- Pick up a physical Diamond Rewards card at the front desk
- Click here to register for a digital card only
- Register online and add your membership to your digital wallet
What bookings qualify for rewards?
Rewards are earned on eligible non-commissionable bookings, including:
- Direct bookings through Monte Carlo Inns (online, telephone or in store)
- Day room rentals
- Meeting room rentals (room only)
Rewards are not earned on third-party commissionable bookings.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Once you accumulate $50 in rewards, you can apply it toward an eligible stay at participating Monte Carlo Inns locations.

How does the program work?
Members earn rewards on eligible purchases including:
- Room stays (direct bookings only)
- Meeting room rentals (room only)
For every $100 spent, members earn $5 rewards that accumulate toward future stays. Once you reach $50 in rewards, you can redeem it toward your stay.
Is the program free to join?
Yes ! Monte Carlo Diamond Rewards is completely free to join.
Where can I earn rewards?
Rewards can be earned and redeemed at participating Monte Carlo Inns locations across Southern Ontario.
Can I receive points after I check out?
No. Points must be added at the time of checkout.
Retroactive points cannot be issued after a transaction has been completed.

What happened to the previous Diamond Rewards program?
The previous program points expired on June 15, 2026. They are no longer active and that program has been deactivated.

Yes. New members who register and complete a stay within 60 days of joining will receive 100 bonus points.
