What is Monte Carlo Diamond Rewards?
Monte Carlo Diamond Rewards is our refreshed loyalty program designed to reward guests with cash-like rewards toward future stays at Monte Carlo Inns™.
The program is simple, flexible, and built around rewarding your visits with us.
What happened to the old Diamond Rewards Loyalty program?
Our program was completely revamped in June 2026. We notified all members via email over a 3-month period prior to the switch over date of June 15, 2026. Any old points that were not redeemed before June 15, 2026, were deactivated and were not transferred over.
How does the program work?
Members earn rewards on eligible purchases including:
- Room stays (direct bookings only)
- Meeting room rentals (room only)
For every $100 spent, members earn $5 rewards that accumulate toward future stays.
Once you reach $50 in rewards, you can redeem it toward your stay.
How do I join?
Joining is easy.
You can:
- Pick up a physical Diamond Rewards card at the front desk
- Click here to register for a digital card only
- Register online and add your membership to your digital wallet.
Is the program free to join?
Yes — Monte Carlo Diamond Rewards is completely free to join.
Where can I earn rewards?
Rewards can be earned and redeemed at participating Monte Carlo Inns™ locations across Southern Ontario.
What bookings qualify for rewards?
Rewards are earned on eligible non-commissionable bookings, including:
- Direct bookings through Monte Carlo Inns™ (online, telephone or in store)
- Day room rentals (direct)
- Meeting room rentals (room only)
Rewards are not earned on third-party commissionable bookings.
Can I receive points after I check out?
No. Points must be added at the time of checkout.
Retroactive points cannot be issued after a transaction has been completed.
Please ensure your membership card is presented before checkout.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Once you accumulate $50 in rewards, you can apply it toward an eligible stay at participating Monte Carlo Inns locations.

Please refer to the full program terms and conditions for current reward expiration policies and program updates.
What happened to the previous Diamond Rewards program?
The previous program points expired on June 15, 2026. They are no longer active and that program has been deactivated.
Did my old points transfer into the new program?
No. The previous rewards structure and the new Monte Carlo Diamond Rewards program operate separately.
Is there a welcome bonus?
Yes.
New members who register and complete a stay within 60 days of joining will receive 100 bonus points.
Can I use my rewards immediately?
Rewards accumulate as qualifying purchases are made and may be redeemed once the redemption threshold ($50) has been reached.
How do I access my membership card?
After registering, members can:
- Use their physical card
- Add their card to their digital wallet for quick and easy access during future visits.
How do I view my accumulated points?
Click here to view your account and accumulated points. You can also view these using your card at any Monte Carlo Inns™ location.
How do I earn diamond rewards program points?
You earn diamond rewards points by staying at any participating Monte Carlo Inns™ properties. You will earn 100 points for each $100.00 Canadian dollar (or the equivalent in other currencies) you spend on your room rate or meeting room rate excluding taxes. Qualifying room rates include those bookings made directly at any Monte Carlo Inns™ location or at www.montecarloinns.com. Note: any third party bookings will not qualify to receive diamond rewards points.
How long does it take to post points to my account?
Monte Carlo Diamond rewards points are posted to your account as soon as the program member pays qualifying room rates, exclusive of all applicable taxes, at any participating Monte Carlo Inns™
Is there a fee for joining the diamond rewards?
No, membership is free.
What is considered a qualifying rate?
Qualifying room rates are deemed as a stay or meeting room rental rate directly at any participating Monte Carlo Inns™ or at www.montecarloinns.com,excluding taxes and excluding but not limited to third party bookings, the purchase of gift certificates, restaurant charges, sundry charges, catering or banquet purchases, food charges, beverage charges and audio visual charges.
Can I collect points for my whole group?
Point accrual is limited to individual accommodation only. if a member attends a convention or group meeting and individually pays Monte Carlo Inns™ directly for the room, he/she will be eligible to receive points for the stay. however, contract rooms, rooms reserved by corporations on an ongoing basis and or master-billed rooms are not eligible to earn diamond rewards points. wholesale packages and series tours booked through a travel agent are not eligible to earn diamond rewards points. if a program member chooses to earn points, if eligible, through our sales office for a group reservation, group meeting, contract rooms or master-billed rooms, he or she forfeits the option of earning points for his personal room. at the discretion of the Monte Carlo Inns™ reservations made through third party reservation portals or any other online travel agency will not be eligible to earn diamond rewards points.
