Is the Diamond Rewards program ending?

Not at all! We are simply “leveling up.” We are launching a refreshed version of Diamond Rewards soon that will be much easier to use and offer even better ways to enjoy your stays at our 8 GTA locations.

What happens to my current reward points?

While the current system is being retired to make way for the new one, your points are still available to use right now! Points will not automatically transfer to the new program, so we strongly encourage all members to redeem their points by May 31 to enjoy their full value.

What can I redeem my points for right now?

Now is the perfect time to treat yourself! You can redeem your points for stays, comfort items, or even a brand-new bed.

  • 100 Points: $10 off your bill

  • 250 Points: 2 Monte Carlo Inns Pillows

  • 350 Points: A Signature MCI Robe (Please email smeffe@montecarloinns.com to redeem)

  • 500 Points: A stay in a Traditional Room

  • 750 Points: A stay in a Luxury Suite

  • 6,000 – 8,000 Points: Double, Queen, or King Mattress Sets (Delivery not included)

Why should I use my points now?

This transition period is a special “last call” to ensure you get the maximum value out of the current program. Whether it’s a complimentary getaway or taking a piece of our hotel comfort home with you, we want to make sure you enjoy your earned rewards before the new system debuts.

Can I still sign up for the rewards program today?

Yes! You are welcome to join; however, please keep in mind that any points earned between now and June 1 should be redeemed before the transition. Better yet, ask our front desk to add you to our Priority Interest List so you are the first to be notified when the new program officially launches.

Will I be automatically enrolled in the new program?

To ensure your privacy and give you a fresh start with our new benefits, guests will be invited to re-enroll once the new program goes live. By signing up for our priority list, you’ll receive an exclusive invitation the moment we launch.
